Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

To secure your reservation, a non-refundable downpayment of ₱500 is required per booking. The remaining balance must be settled upon arrival or pickup. We accept GCash, LANDBANK, BDO, and BPI Bank Transfers.

2. Cancellation Policy

We implement a Strict No Cancellation and No Refund policy on downpayments to protect the schedule of our drivers and guides.

3. Rebooking & Transfer

We understand plans change! Your downpayment is:

  • Rebookable: You may change your travel date to any future date (subject to vehicle availability).
  • Transferable: You may transfer your booking slot to another person.

Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled trip to arrange a rebooking.

4. Force Majeure

In case of cancellations due to acts of nature (Typhoons, Ferry Cancellations by Coast Guard), guests may reschedule their trip anytime without penalty.

5. Liability

Travellore Travel and Tours acts as a service provider. We are not liable for loss of personal belongings or injuries sustained during activities not directly supervised by our staff.
